Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant / Outpatient Clinic

Radius Staffing Solutions is partnering with an established healthcare organization in Eastern Oregon that is seeking a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a direct-hire opportunity in an outpatient clinic setting.

Job Responsibilities


In this role, you will:

• Provide outpatient urology care for an average of approximately 14 to 17 patients per day.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff, and support teams to deliver patient-centered urology care.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage urologic conditions within the scope of NP or PA practice.
• Support clinic-based procedures and patient follow-up using available urology equipment and resources.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation, orders, and clinical coordination.
• Participate in a hospital-employed provider model within a growing rural healthcare system.
• Contribute to a team culture focused on access, quality, and long-term community care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Board certification or board eligibility required.
• Urology experience preferred, though strong candidates with relevant clinical backgrounds may be considered.
• Comfortable practicing in a rural community setting.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
• Flexible, mission-aligned provider who values continuity, teamwork, and community-based medicine.

Compensation and Benefits


This position offers a competitive total compensation package, including:

• Total compensation opportunity of $145,000+
• Annual quality incentives up to $15,000
