Superintendent – Job Overview Rogers-O’Brien Construction is looking for a Superintendent with 5+ years experience in the commercial construction space. Superintendents at RO ensure that all team members – including trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders – are kept up to date with consistent communication to successfully deliver a Premier Product to our clients. Responsibilities Supervise all field operations for the project. Coordinate with PM in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality. Establish subcontractor performance schedules. Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions. Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees. Qualifications If you have 7–10 years’ experience with $10 M+ projects and ground-up expertise in Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mission Critical sectors , you are a strong candidate for this role.
