Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Administrator to support recruiting and hiring initiatives for a leading aerospace manufacturing organization. This position will be responsible for managing job requisitions, coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers, and developing creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to support recruitment efforts across production, technical, and professional positions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Coordination & Requisition Management

• Manage assigned job requisitions from initial posting through the offer stage.
• Create and post job openings on internal and external job boards.
• Monitor applicant flow and ensure candidates progress efficiently through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring status updates.

Interview Scheduling & Candidate Management

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Communicate interview details, scheduling updates, and next steps to candidates.
• Provide timely candidate follow-up to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding coordination as needed.

Hiring Manager Support

• Partner with hiring managers to obtain timely resume reviews, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify and escalate hiring delays, aging requisitions, and recruitment challenges.
• Ensure recruitment activities remain on track to meet staffing needs.

Talent Sourcing & Community Outreach

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified manufacturing, production, and technical candidates.
• Build candidate pipelines through referrals, networking, social media, and community partnerships.
• Establish relationships with local colleges, trade schools, technical institutes, and workforce development organizations.
• Support career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Identify new recruiting channels to increase applicant flow and improve candidate quality.

Recruitment Process Improvement

• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes and sourcing strategies.
• Support employer branding and local recruitment initiatives.
• Assist with special recruiting projects and workforce planning activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, staffing, or HR administration preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and managing multiple job requisitions.
• Previous recruiting experience within manufacturing, aerospace, or production environments highly desirable.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to follow up with hiring managers and candidates to keep the hiring process moving.
• Resourceful approach to candidate sourcing and developing talent pipelines.
• Ability to establish relationships with educational institutions and community workforce organizations.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
