What You Will Do

• Greet customers and accurately document their equipment repair needs.
• Translate technical issues from field contractors into clear work orders for mechanics.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Manage the service schedule to maximize shop efficiency and meet tight deadlines.
• Coordinate parts ordering with vendors to minimize equipment downtime.

What We Need From You

• Experience: 2+ years in automotive, heavy equipment, or rental service writing.
• Tech skills: Proficiency with service tracking software and inventory databases.
• Communication: Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
