Customer Service Supervisor Full Time Management Dallas, TX, US Why This Role Matters As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee associates as they work on building, nurturing and maintaining high-level relationships with our customers. You’ll develop, coach, and empower staff while ensuring they have the tools, guidance, and communication needed to resolve challenges effectively. This isn’t just a leadership position — it’s an opportunity to empower a team, strengthen customer relationships, and champion service excellence across the organization. What You’ll Do Support and guide a team of Customer Service Specialists, helping them grow, stay motivated, and deliver exceptional service every day. Serve as a trusted resource for staff, providing support, clarity, and solutions when escalated or complex customer concerns arise. Monitor performance and service levels, ensuring daily goals are met and identifying opportunities to improve processes, communication, and team success. Keep leadership informed through clear, timely reporting, sharing insights from daily, weekly, and monthly data to support quality and continuous improvement. Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-centered environment, ensuring your team has the tools and support they need to thrive. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or comparable experience may be substituted in place of a degree. Two or more years of customer service or call center experience with a commitment to delivering compassionate, high‑quality support. Supervisory or lead experience with the ability to coach and motivate a team in alignment with CCG’s mission and values. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills that support staff and strengthen customer experiences.
