We are seeking a new team member for Levelland location to assist in reception and accounting duties as outlined below. Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary. Effective teamwork is required for success; those who do not work well in a group need not apply.

Qualified applicants can expect to be contacted for a phone interview. Phone skills are absolutely non-negotiable and may not be less than excellent.

Responsibilities

• Kindly greet customers in a timely manner and direct to correct department
• Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate department
• Issue gas cards for lot fuel and sold units, and post receipts
• Organize and reconcile keys for all vehicles - new and used
• Stock in incoming units from convoys, purchases, or dealer trades
• Driver coordination for deliveries and moving vehicles between locations
• Minor accounting duties and reporting
• Be able and willing to be cross trained for other positions in the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Automotive experience preferred
• Highly organized and eagerness to improve
• Willingness to take initiative
• Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Work with all levels of employee
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
