Project Manager

Project ManagerModern Remodeling was founded in 1990 and is a leader in the Insurance Restoration Industry. Our primary focus is providing each customer with a positive experience throughout the life cycle of their project. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Team who is knowledgeable, customer service oriented, dedicated, and hard working. The Project Manager position is responsible for converting estimates into completed work, managing costs to ensure project profitability, managing subcontractors to produce quality work, and ensuring that the customer is kept informed during all phases of the reconstruction process.CompensationCompetitive salary and commission structure, end of year Bonus and Profit Sharing designed to reward top producersCompensation is based on sales performance and ranges from $50k to $65KEssential Duties/ResponsibilitiesReview estimates, establish budgets and project scheduleCoordinate with customers, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule projectsManage multiple projects simultaneously, while achieving a high degree of profitability and customer satisfactionWorks in conjunction with Estimator and Job Coordinator to ensure timely collection of deposits, progress payments or final paymentsMeet service standards established by the Company and the CarriersManages the timely communications with the customer or insurance carrierCommunicate, document, and obtain customer approval on change ordersProactively work to avoid issues on the job and resolve any issues that arise in a timely fashionConduct site meetings with subcontractors and customers to ensure proper scope, quality workmanship and adherence to building codes are achieved, and that company protocols are being followed.Creates and maintains reconstruction schedule to ensure all sub-contractors are on task and on time.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with contract agreementEnsure each project achieves a minimum gross profit margin as determined by company standards.Meet Net Promoter Score of minimum monthly average of 60Closing the Loop 100% of the time within 24 hoursCandidate RequirementsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience using CRM software preferredExcellent Customer Service SkillsOutgoing and strong communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to coordinate multiple jobs and tasks within the same time frameAbility to work in high stress situations and maintain composureAbility to climb roofsPreferred Education and Experience3+ years of construction industry experienceProject Management experienceInsurance Restoration Industry knowledge is preferredIndustry certifications (IICRC and Lead) are preferredBenefitsTeam environmentCompetitive compensationOn the job trainingFlexible hoursAdvancement opportunitiesHealth Insurance - medical, dental and visionCompensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearModern Remodeling has been in business since 1990 and is a leading Insurance Restoration and Remodeling Contractor in Northern Virginia, Maryland and the DC Metro area.
