Atlantic Group is hiring an FP&A Analyst (Finance Systems) in New York, NY for our client, supporting financial planning, reporting, and process improvement initiatives within a dynamic investment environment. This hybrid role focuses on leveraging technology and automation to enhance financial workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. The position partners with finance teams to analyze data, build reporting tools, and implement scalable solutions.


Responsibilities as the FP&A Analyst (Finance Systems):

• Financial Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and dashboard development.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
• System Management: Maintain and enhance financial systems including reporting structures and data integrity.
• Reporting: Develop and manage dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency across finance functions.
• Technology Integration: Partner with stakeholders to implement tools and solutions that enhance financial operations.

Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst (Finance Systems):

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience in finance transformation, FP&A, or related roles.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience within financial services or a related environment preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience with Power BI, Workday, and financial systems required.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
