\n Position Overview \n

\n

\n OSF HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our established Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiology team consisting of 4 APPs and 4 physicians. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with leading electrophysiologists in a high-volume, innovative cardiovascular program.\n

\n The APP will play a key role in delivering comprehensive care to patients with complex cardiac rhythm disorders in both outpatient clinic and inpatient settings.\n

\n Responsibilities \n

\n

\n
• Evaluate and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, and bradyarrhythmias
\n
• Conduct pre- and post-procedure assessments for EP studies, ablations, and device implants (pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders)
\n
• Provide longitudinal outpatient management of EP patients in the cardiology clinic
\n
• Collaborate closely with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams
\n
• Interpret diagnostic testing including ECGs, Holter monitors, and device interrogations
\n
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
\n
• Participate in inpatient rounding and consults as needed
\n
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
\n

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39-73.68\n
