Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Position Overview Wholesale Product Specialist – Store #3209, 7115 Northland Terrace, Suite 200, Brooklyn Park, MN 55428. Full‑time Starting Pay: $18.85/hr or based on relevant experience. Responsibilities Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications. Clean store equipment and assist in making deliveries, as needed. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options. Suggest ways to improve sales. Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors, and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. The company conducts a criminal background check to protect employees, customers, and the public. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language. Proficiency in Spanish.
