Step 3: Leadership Opportunity

You will transition into a Lead Hygienist or Hygiene Leadership role, guiding the department and taking ownership of outcomes, accompanied by a significant increase in compensation.

• Hourly rate of $55-$65 (negotiable based on experience).
• Sign-on bonus of $3,000 available after six months (for full-time positions).
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.
• Increased pay for leadership roles as you progress.

• Valid Dental Hygiene License.
• Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred.
