Monday-Friday (8 hours shifts with some evenings until 715pm) The Program Coordinator (PC I, PC II, PC III) is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to patients within inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care at ERC Pathlight. Program Coordinators maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu while supporting the implementation of individualized treatment plans. PCs provide patient supervision, maintain structure and boundaries, support therapeutic programming, assist with mealtime support, and complete required documentation.
