Position Overview

Seeking a Systems Engineer Controls with experience in Systems Engineering, Automotive Electrical Systems, and Software Development to support the development and launch of next-generation vehicle features. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, GitHub, MBSE, and vehicle electrical architectures .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system-level feature development from concept through production launch.
• Design and develop vehicle feature systems using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) .
• Develop system architectures, network topologies, wiring diagrams, and power distribution schematics.
• Create and maintain functional requirements, specifications, and verification plans.
• Perform Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) assessments.
• Develop, test, and deploy software solutions using Python .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
• Support vehicle system integration, validation, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience (Automotive preferred).
• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Experience writing system requirements, specifications, and verification plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred

• 5+ years of Automotive Engineering experience.
• Experience with Systems Engineering V-Model, DFMEA, D&R, and electrical testing.
