About the Role

Working Men Moving LLC (WMM), a licensed California household goods moving company, is hiring for a sales management position to build out and lead our sales function — from generating leads to managing a team that closes them. Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus a performance-based bonus/commission structure tied to team production.

Responsibilities

• Build, hire, and manage a sales team

• Independently generate leads through cold calls, emails, referrals, and other outreach

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities without waiting for leads or assignments

• Respond to and manage inbound moving inquiries by phone, email, and text

• Gather job details and prepare accurate moving estimates and quotes

• Follow leads from first conversation through a signed agreement

• Build relationships with customers and referral partners that encourage repeat business

• Track sales activity and client information in the company CRM

• Coordinate scheduling details with the operations/dispatch team

• Maintain a strong, professional customer experience through the entire booking process

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience building, hiring, and managing a sales team

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Self-starter who can manage a pipeline and follow through without close supervision

• CRM experience a plus

• Must live within reasonable driving distance of San Ramon, CA

• Reliable transportation for occasional meetings or walkthroughs

• Must be able to pass a background check
