• 1,200 annual performance bonus

Your Responsibilities Assisting customers via phone, chat, and email Managing banking inquiries and front desk support issues Delivering clear and professional solutions Ensuring high-quality customer experience Resolving incidents efficiently and accurately Supporting German-speaking banking clients Initial Training Starts: 18/05/2026 First 5 weeks: 09:00 – 15:00 initial schedule Gradual increase up to 35h/week From Week 6 onwards: 39h/week full-time schedule Available Shifts (Valencia) Morning: 07:00 – 16:00 Afternoon: 14:00 – 24:00 Night shifts are NOT available in Valencia Candidate Profile Are native German speakers (mandatory) Have Spanish level B2 or higher Are strong communicators Enjoy helping customers and solving problems Can work in a fast-paced environment Are available from 18/05/2026 Have previous customer support experience (a plus) Recruitment Process Record 2-minute video in German Handwritten 175-word German text during interview Final validation by German recruitment manager Why Valencia?
