Maintenance Associate
Local Sylacauga company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Associate to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established employer. All inquiries and applications will be kept strictly confidential.
Location: Sylacauga, AL
Pay: $25.00 + Depending on Experience
Schedule: Monday Friday, 1st Shift
What You'll Do:
- Perform general building and equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Assist with installing, moving, and maintaining machinery
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Lockout/Tagout experience required
- Stable work history
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
