Role: Director, FP&A Candex seeks a team player with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills. The Director, FP&A will organize cross‑functional initiatives, interact with C‑suite executives, and continuously identify ways to increase revenue. The role is self‑motivated, self‑directed, highly organized, and constantly strives for improvement. Responsibilities Develop financial models supporting Candex’s long‑term strategic plan and scenario planning to support the company’s strategic objectives. Manage investor relations and develop and support executive and board presentations based on findings, insights, and financial data. Support development of pricing scenarios for our various business models. Lead the development of short‑term budgets and track results and milestones against our budgets. Implement rolling quarterly forecasting and track and manage forecast versions. Leverage financial and operational data points to provide senior leadership with financial analysis to support decision making. Scope and lead financial analysis to help evaluate and support long‑term projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a financial analysis role. Excellent Excel/modeling skills and familiarity with GSuite products.
