Hotel Maintenance EngineerCertified Hospitality is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated General Maintenance Engineer. The ideal candidate will be a team player, results oriented, committed to providing outstanding customer service and will be excited by the idea of creating exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets health, safety and hotel standardsArrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens)Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guestsAct fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages)Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plusExperience with interior and exterior paintAttention to detailAbility to spot safety risks and address needs quicklyProblem-solving aptitudeService Passion
