Project Manager

Our client, well-recognized Multinational in the Financial Industry is hiring a Project Manager responsible for leading and executing operational, administrative, and IT-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives through effective planning, resource management, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational, administrative, and IT-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, and budgets while managing resources effectively across cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes and compliance with internal controls. Oversee change management processes, including stakeholder communication, training needs, and implementation of scope adjustments. Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field 5+ years of progressive experience in project management or a related field. Strong knowledge and experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. PMP certification required; Change Management certification is a plus. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management tools such as MS Project Online, Visio, and Jira. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
