About the Role

We're looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. This full time COTA will help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline all while delivering care you can be proud of.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
• Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
• Active Tennessee COTA license
• Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
• SNF experience is a plus, but not required
