Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Full-Time Location: Oceanside, CA 92058 Pay: $25$30/hour DOE Our established private dental practice is seeking an experienced, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. Schedule MondayThursday: 8:45 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Friday: 8:45 AM 2:00 PM Benefits Competitive pay Dental benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Performance-based bonuses Supportive team environment Long-term career opportunity Responsibilities Assist chairside during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Take digital X-rays (Dexis) Perform intraoral scans for digital impressions Review and update patient records and medical histories Enter treatment notes and assist with scheduling using Dentrix Provide post-operative instructions as directed Maintain infection control and office compliance standards Help create an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Current California RDA license required Open to newly licensed and early-career RDAs Experience with digital X-rays and intraoral scanning Dentrix experience preferred CPR certification preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Positive attitude and commitment to patient care A great opportunity for an early-career Dental Assistant with a current RDA license!
