Marketing Professional for AI Model Training [Remote]

Help train and evaluate next-generation AI by creating and assessing senior-level marketing deliverables used to teach frontier models how to produce professional business documents. You will design realistic marketing tasks, author gold-standard materials, and provide detailed evaluative feedback so models learn brand voice, strategic reasoning, and narrative coherence. No prior AI experience is required; your marketing domain expertise is the priority.

• Design project tasks that mirror enterprise marketing workflows, such as campaign planning, brand reviews, and launch material development.
• Create gold-standard marketing outputs, including campaign briefs, brand decks, launch narratives, and executive marketing readouts, at the level expected of a senior marketing professional.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for brand voice alignment, strategic depth, audience fit, and narrative coherence.
• Develop detailed rubrics that distinguish high-impact, boardroom-ready materials from generic outputs and maintain rubric fidelity.
• Identify and document specific failure modes in marketing communication, for example weak positioning, tonal drift, or lack of differentiation.
• Collaborate with project leads to refine task guidelines and assessment criteria.
• Generate actionable data and feedback to improve model performance on marketing use cases.

• Required skills: brand voice, strategic writing, deck craft, and rubric fidelity.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise brands.
• Proven ownership of campaign decks, brand narratives, or product launch materials.
• Expert-level mastery of strategic marketing frameworks, for example brand positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market narrative.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with demonstrated control of brand voice and executive-level presentation standards.
• Experience developing or evaluating marketing deliverables intended for C-suite or senior leadership audiences.
• Master''s degree preferred, MBA considered a significant asset.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, committed to upholding rubric fidelity and deliverable excellence.

Contractor engagement, remote. Candidates must be US-based. The role supports a customer project focused on evaluating and advancing frontier AI models that produce professional business documents. Independent contractor status applies.

$100 to $200 per hour.
