Your Responsibilities

* Utilize our proprietary platform alongside your network to identify and engage prospective healthcare candidates.

* Initiate outreach to inform potential candidates about MLR opportunities and explore their interest.

* Organize appointments for candidates to connect with our recruiters for comprehensive assessments.

* Keep in touch with leads to sustain interest and assist in their hiring journey.

* Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system.

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and hires stemming from your connections.

Compensation Structure
