You engage with business partners, drive complex initiatives, and influence decision-making across the team. You help us balance fiduciary responsibility, client outcomes, and innovation. You support our goal of maintaining strong controls and managing risks effectively.Job responsibilities:Lead risk oversight and governance structuresAnalyze market events and macroeconomic trendsCommunicate risk insights to senior management and stakeholdersBuild relationships with portfolio managers and investment directorsCollaborate with other risk management teamsMentor and develop a high-performing risk management teamChampion innovative risk management practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Minimum 5 years of direct experience in Equity Market Risk Coverage, Portfolio Management, Trading, or Investment RiskAbility to manage complex, ambiguous situationsExperience mentoring and developing junior team membersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsInitiative and ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervisionCommitment to inclusiveness and valuing diverse perspectivesStrategic thinker aligning risk management with long-term visionPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Familiarity with modelling and portfolio valuationsWorking knowledge of risk systemsStrong quantitative skillsExperience with coding and data visualization tools (Python, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau) JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
