Family Law Attorney

Position Overview Family Law Attorney at a multi‑office family law firm. Full‑time, hybrid role. Key Responsibilities Litigate family law matters from start to finish with courtroom experience in custody, visitation, support, protective orders, divorce, domestic violence, and paternity cases. Develop cases through research on various legal issues. Prepare, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills. Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings. Communicate with clients of varying sophistication regarding technical matters. Maintain professional communication with outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff. Track and manage billable hours and ensure all client and case‑management aspects are properly met. Eligibility & Qualifications Required: Licensed to practice law in California. Preferred: Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS) or eligibility to obtain it. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $140,000 – $250,000 per year. Hybrid work environment.
