Job Title: Travel RN - Emergency Department Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: 1. 1.5 years of ER experience 2. Good prioritization and time management skills Description: The RN will work in the Emergency Department. The department has 54 beds and a staff of 125. The night shift typically includes 2 charge nurses, 8 RNs, and 5 paramedics. Patient ratios are 4:1. Key responsibilities include providing patient-centered care. Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of ER experience and experience with Meditech EHR. The RN will be expected to rotate weekends as part of their schedule.
