Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required. 3. IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date. 4. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current. 5. Work experience in health care preferred.
