Practice OverviewYou'll join a hospital-aligned GI service designed to grow into a 3-physician team (currently a solo physician opportunity with built-in demand).Support includes 2 APPs (1 APRN, 1 PA-C) plus 2 dedicated MAs to keep your clinic and procedure days efficient.Core procedures include colonoscopy, EGD, and general diagnostic gastroenterology.ScheduleMonday-Friday outpatient-focused schedule with a structured weekly rhythm across clinic and endoscopy.Typical clinic volume: 18-22 patients per day.Dedicated endoscopy/procedure time built in.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary guarantee: $700,000Productivity incentivesAn Additional $200K in recruiting incentives based on your needsBenefits include self-managed ATO, $6,000 CME, student loan assistance, relocation assistance, retirement plan, and malpractice coverage.Candidate RequirementsMD/DO required; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.Fellows welcomed (including upcoming graduating classes); experience level open.Comfort with colonoscopy and EGD expected; interest in growing a service line is a plus.Visa support available through the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC).
