RV Sales Associate

Camping World is seeking a high‑energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role offers a dynamic sales environment with competitive compensation and a range of benefits. What You’ll Do Take the lead to promote a top‑notch, high‑quality customer experience selling new and used RVs. Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk‑through presentations. Close sales effectively by working closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) and Sales Management teams. Follow up and commit to a no‑pressure, high‑integrity approach with each customer. What You’ll Need to Have for the Role High school diploma or equivalent (required). 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate. Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required. Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information. Valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices. Capacity for periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending. Compensation and Benefits General Compensation Disclosure: No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply. Estimated total annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maine, and Washington, a base hourly rate equal to the applicable minimum wage is also paid in addition to variable compensation.
