Registered Dental Hygienist – Premier Periodontics (Olympia, WA)

Starting at $72/hour + Bonus | $10,000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus | CE Opportunities | Growth-Focused | Supportive Team

We are a well-established, modern periodontal practice in the Olympia area seeking a skilled, patient-focused Dental Hygienist who wants to practice at a higher clinical level—with the time, tools, and doctor support to do it right.

Practice Real Periodontal Hygiene (Not Just Prophys)

This is a true perio practice where you can focus on meaningful, high-level care:

Periodontal maintenance
SRP with perioscopy and advanced case management
Patient education that truly makes a difference

Modern Technology + Clinical Growth

Dedicated hygiene assistant to support room turnover and periodontal charting

Compensation & Schedule

Starting at $72/hour + high monthly bonus potential
$10,000 sign-on/retention bonus
Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time, Monday–Friday)
70-minute periodontal maintenance appointments (no double-booking)
