We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is integral to our firm's success, providing critical support to our attorneys by managing all aspects of case preparation and execution. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of legal principles and a passion for justice. This role demands a high level of confidentiality, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all phases of the litigation process, from investigation and discovery through trial, post-trial findings, and appeals.
• Conduct complex legal research, analyze and summarize laws, court decisions, and other legal authorities for use in legal briefs.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, legal memoranda, fact summaries, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Review, organize, and analyze case materials using litigation support software.
• Coordinate document productions and manage the organization and indexing of large case files.
• Prepare for and assist during trials, including preparing trial exhibits, witness preparation, and trial logistics.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts.
• Maintain and update case management system and ensure compliance with court deadlines and protocols.
• Stay updated on legal trends, rules, and regulations affecting the firm's practice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Bachelor's degree in law, paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
• Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution is a plus.
• Proficiency in litigation support software, legal research platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comprehensive understanding of legal terminology, principles, and research techniques.
• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills.
• Proven experience in document review, trial preparation, and legal case management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand, summarize, and convey complex legal information.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling and maintaining critical legal and financial information.
• Commitment to providing outstanding support to attorneys and dedication to client service.
