Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5x8-Hour Shifts (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every Other Saturday Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation setting
- Manage a patient caseload at a 1:6 therapist-to-patient ratio
- Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records
- Participate in weekend coverage on a rotating every-other-Saturday schedule
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to support patient recovery goals
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license (required at time of submission)
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care physical therapy
- Proficiency with Epic charting system
- Ability to work a rotating schedule including every other Saturday
- Minimum of two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a rehabilitation hospital or dedicated rehab unit
- Familiarity with travel contract compliance requirements and processes
