- Use PPE at all times (gloves, safety glasses, respirators) and follow established safety procedures.
- Collaborate with machine operators, welders, and inspectors to hit production targets; help with material handling and stay organized in the finishing cell.
- Pitch in across the department, supporting cross-training and related production tasks as needed.
- 1+ year in grinding, deburring, or metal finishing (precision sheet metal experience is a plus).
- Comfort using hand grinders/deburring tools and reading blueprints and work instructions.
- Keen eye and steady hands—strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and quality focus.
