Die Cutter Supervisor – Location: Park Ridge, IL Area – Shift: 3rd Shift – Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year – Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and support the die cutting team to achieve production and performance goals. Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily die cutting operations to meet production timelines and customer requirements. Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies while promoting a safe work environment. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues. Train, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and maintenance activities. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching. Manage inventory levels of die cutting materials and supplies to ensure production. Qualifications Advanced technical training or an Associate degree in a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in die cutting operations or a related manufacturing. Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting. Hands-on experience with multiple die cutting technologies, including rotary, flatbed, and laser die cutting equipment. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
