Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, under the supervision of licensed nurses Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of respect and compassion Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create personalized care plans and ensure seamless communication Requirements Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassionate and patient-focused approach; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines About the Role As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.
