The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and administrative skills, experience working on projects, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities: Serve as a technical coordination point for projects and initiatives. Coordinate deliverables and ensure they are completed and approved according to project schedules. Support the development and refinement of business processes to ensure project readiness and successful completion. Develop, maintain, and monitor project budgets throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and engage stakeholders to support business readiness and proactively identify risks and dependencies. Coordinate resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and project scope. Schedule and coordinate project meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track action items. Provide general project and administrative support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, where required. 0–2 years of experience in a related field. 3+ years of related experience may substitute for a degree. Strong Microsoft Office/Microsoft tools experience. Healthcare Industry Experience Administrative and project coordination experience. Experience supporting projects with high visibility.
