Regional CPR-CPI Trainer - Bay Area & NorCal Regions - 901

Overview The Regional CPI - CPR Trainer coordinates and provides on-site training for new hires to meet training requirements and offers ongoing training annually to existing staff to maintain regulatory compliance. They collaborate with the LMS Administrator to track training in Relias, evaluate training effectiveness, report on compliance, and support Telecare's mission and values with operations leaders and the Director of Clinical Learning. Responsibilities Coordinate and provide on-site CPI and CPR training for new hires to meet initial requirements and deliver ongoing training annually to maintain regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the LMS Administrator to track training in Relias and evaluate training effectiveness. Report on compliance and support operations leaders and the Director of Clinical Learning to advance Telecare\'s mission and values. Shifts & Compensation Full-Time; shifts vary as needed. Days: Monday – Friday with some variation. Expected starting wage range is $70,304.00 - $82,280.72. Pay ranges vary by geographic location. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Qualifications (Must Have) HS Diploma or GED, two years\' experience in a healthcare setting, including one year of CPI and CPR training, or an associate or bachelor\'s degree. Must be CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certified on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain certification throughout employment. Must be CPR & First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days and maintain certification throughout employment. Must be at least 18 years of age. All opportunities are contingent upon successful completion of a post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD for tuberculosis, criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, a valid driver license, motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance are required and must be maintained. Valid driver\'s license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver. Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, with weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate.
