We're part of the esteemed Mahindra group, headquartered in India.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ResponsibilitiesConnect and extract data from various systems (Cloud On-Premise) such as Azure, Oracle, SAP, BMC, SNOW, Salesforce, and load into the process mining tool. Validate data accuracy (counts, values) between source systems and process mining tool. Create KPIs and actionable insights to identify process inefficiencies and root causes. Work with ERP and similar systems; understand data structures, reports, and formats from multiple sources. Develop workflows to monitor processes, detect anomalies, and implement automated preventive or corrective actions using Action Engine and Action Flows (desired). Perform process mapping and identify non-value-added steps to create lean and agile processes (desired). Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design process mining initiatives and prioritize requests. Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to address business challenges. Visualize and create dashboards aligned with client expectations.Required Technical Skills1–2 years of experience in Celonis Process Mining as a Data Engineer/Data Scientist.Proficiency in ETL/ELT and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong knowledge of SQL/PQL scripting and data mining; ability to write complex queries (joins, unions, window functions).Basic knowledge of Python (Numpy, Pandas, Seaborn, Matplotlib, SKLearn).Familiarity with process improvement techniques and analytics.Desired Technical SkillsExperience with other Process/Task Mining tools (e.g., Signavio, Software AG, FIQ, Soroco).Understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, SNOW, Salesforce, Remedy.Exposure to ML modeling using Python or R is a plus.Professional Soft SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills. Understanding of business processes. Self-starter, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies. Ability to work across time zones for global rollouts.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
