(CCC) is a dedicated group of behavioral health providers committed to offering comprehensive support and treatment for individuals facing behavioral and mental health challenges. **NOW HIRING: BEHAVIORAL ASSISTANTS - MULTIPLE COUNTIES** Camden and Burlington Counties Summary: The Behavioral Assistant (BA) will provide in-community psychotherapy to children, adolescents and families who are experiencing varying levels of difficulties, due to life situations or mental health concerns. The Behavioral Assistant provides therapeutic services to aid children and their families by addressing a range of behavioral issues. The BA will also provide necessary resources and support system development as well as family advocacy as needed. This role also participates in family team conferences and collaboratively works as part of the treatment team to interpret and provide insight toward the treatment plan. Duties: Complete initial contact with referred families Conduct therapeutic services within the home or community, as well as via telehealth when requested Provide individual, family, and group advocacy as needed Maintain and submit weekly progress notes and required paperwork Reassess and review treatment progress with clients and their families at prescribed intervals. Experience/Qualifications: 1 year mental health experience Demonstrated ability and patience communicating and interacting with children and families with behavior and developmental disabilities and other mental health challenges. Effective decision-making skills in treatment service setting.
