Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMechanical Project Manager – Lehi, UtahWe are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead complex mechanical fabrication and installation projects from kickoff through completion. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to move projects from design and fabrication through logistics, field installation, and final delivery — safely, on time, on budget, and to customer expectations.This role is ideal for a hands-on project leader with experience in modular fabrication (modulation) and pre-assembles mechanical fabrication, modular construction, pre-assembled mechanical systems, MEP coordination, industrial construction, or skid-mounted equipment assemblies. The Mechanical Project Manager will manage multiple industrial construction projects with a scope of over $200mWhat You’ll DoManage mechanical fabrication and installation projects from kickoff through final completionBuild and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverablesCoordinate closely with engineering, production, procurement, quality, logistics, field teams, and customersOversee modular mechanical systems, prefabricated assemblies, and skid-mounted equipment from fabrication through transport and installationSupport constructability reviews and modularization strategies during project planningCoordinate mechanical systems with electrical and plumbing components to ensure successful MEP integrationReview drawings and specifications to identify issues before they become field problemsTrack labor, materials, subcontractor costs, project risks, and change ordersServe as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholdersEnsure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectationsWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, industrial construction, modular construction, or project managementStrong understanding of mechanical fabrication and industrial construction processesExperience with modular fabrication, prefabricated assemblies, skid-mounted systems, or modular equipment packages preferredWorking knowledge of MEP systems and trade coordinationAbility to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings/specificationsStrong scheduling, budget management, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and keep cross-functional teams alignedBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferredWhy This Role Is AttractiveThis is an opportunity to manage sophisticated mechanical and modular fabrication projects where your ability to coordinate people, schedules, details, and execution directly impacts project success.
