Now Hiring: Assistant Manager – Self Storage Facility- Granbury

Part-Time or Full-Time (Based on the Right Candidate)

1951 Acton Highway, Granbury, Tx 76049

We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Assistant Manager to join our self-storage team! This position is ideal for a parent with school-age children or a college student taking part-time or evening classes.

Regular Office Hours:
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Additional hours may be available for the right candidate who is interested in full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Rent storage units and explain rental agreements
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer accounts
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Assist customers with  U-Haul truck and trailer rentals
• Complete U-Haul reservations, equipment check-ins, and check-outs
• Perform daily office operations and data entry
• Maintain organized files and customer records
• Conduct property walk-throughs and report maintenance needs
• Keep the office and property clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with marketing, promotions, and occupancy goals
• Open and close the office as needed

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Previous retail, office, customer service, storage, or property management experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
