With over 12 veterinarians and more than 40 veterinary technicians and assistants (including VTSs), our Primary Care team is one of the largest and most advanced in the Tri-State Area. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-centered doctor with strong communication skills to contribute to a non-corporate, specialty-integrated environment that supports growth, flexibility, and quality medicine. Responsibilities • Provide high-quality medical care and wellness services to canine and feline patients • Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and treatment plans • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and home care • Collaborate with a skilled support team of technicians, assistants, and front desk staff • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in EMRs • Participate in departmental rounds and case discussions as applicable • Support our culture of learning, mentorship, and teamwork Qualifications • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree • Active New Jersey veterinary license (or eligible for licensure) • Minimum 1–2 years of general practice experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills • Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy clinical setting • Commitment to practicing gold-standard medicine in a supportive, team-based environment Why Choose Mount Laurel Animal Hospital? • Supportive Culture: Join a team that truly values compassion, collaboration, and community.
