Patient Ambassador

Location: Cornerstone Hospital of Conroe Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 13.00 USD Work Shift: 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. (United States of America) Job Description We’re looking for friendly, compassionate team players to join our housekeeping team! Manage and support the patient satisfaction program (HCAHPS). Act as a liaison between the housekeeping (EVS) department, nursing, and other departments to provide excellent care for all patients. Responsibilities Monitor patient satisfaction scores and assess action plans for improvement. Provide department leadership with weekly reports and a detailed review. Create reports, monitor trends, and implement action plans. Round on patients to assess satisfaction and set service expectations. Perform service recovery as needed to resolve issues. Assist department leadership in training and reinforce communication skills (AIDET) with team members. Collaborate with the guest services department to align action items to improve patient satisfaction. Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Communicate effectively and work well in a team environment. Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality. Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills. Organized with an eye for detail. Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform. GED or high school diploma. Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, patient care, patient experience, healthcare).
