About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Integrated Media Investment. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping investment strategy, fostering marketplace relationships, and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. The successful candidate will be a champion of media investment, responsible for a diverse portfolio that includes various channels such as Video/CTV, Local TV/Audio, OOH/Print, Display, Native, Social, Search, and Programmatic. They will be expected to set the strategic investment roadmap, identify innovation opportunities, and maintain a forward-looking view of the media landscape. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in integrated investment strategy, the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, and a strong focus on client and marketplace leadership. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in media investment, activation, or integrated media leadership, with a background that includes experience at the SVP/Director level within a media agency or holding company. The role requires deep, hands-on expertise across the full media ecosystem and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop large, multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong executive presence, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a forward-thinking, innovative mindset. They should be adept at managing strategic partnerships and have an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, growth-oriented agency environment.
