Hours: Friday: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM Saturday: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM Sunday: 6:00 AM 6:30 PM Monday: 6:00 AM 10:00 AM (Optional) Tuesday Thursday: OFF *6% shift differential for Weekend Shift* Compensation in this role will range from $20 to $35 hourly based on experience. What You Will Do: Operate CNC machines to produce aerospace-grade components with precision and consistency. Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining. Perform routine machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance to specifications. Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to troubleshoot and optimize production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications): High school diploma or GED 3+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment Experience interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Experience utilizing measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges What Will Put You Ahead: Experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) Familiarity with ISO or AS9100 quality standards Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines Technical certification in CNC machining or related field At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
