Sleep Expert - Sales

Overview Mattress Firm’s Sleep Expert role focuses on delivering exceptional in‑store experiences by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. The position enables customers to find their dream mattress and improve sleep through knowledgeable guidance and digital tools. Responsibilities Elevate and enhance customers’ in‑store experience by providing technical and product knowledge and building strong relationships. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders. Monitor competition, advertising, and services offered by competitors. Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales. Physical & Qualifications Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Local residency and no need for U.S. work‑sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States required. Compensation Competitive pay range of $45,000–$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
