This position reports to: Supply Chain Manager - Traction In this role, you will have the opportunity to purchase materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. Each day, you will ensure purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team. The work model for the role is: Onsite. This role is contributing to the Motion product group/Traction business in North America region. Initiating Purchase Orders in the system, according to the purchase requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirming delivery with suppliers, monitoring, and tracking supplier performance to PO requirements. Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists and terms and conditions. Recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval. Qualifications For The Role Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SAP Experience, relevant tools and methodologies, working experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). and the relevant experience in Electrical industry/manufacturing sector 3+ years of experience in manufacturing purchasing department field. Experience in Supply management and quality processes, experience working with projects, contract law, commercial terms, standard procurement procedures and related Company policies. Capacity to maintain partnerships with internal and external collaborators Bachelor's Degree and minimum 3 years of experience or Master's Degree and minimum 2 years of experience or High School Diploma and minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing purchasing department.
