Regional President – Systems Integration A rapidly scaling, private equity-backed provider of mission-critical building technologies and integrated infrastructure solutions is seeking a Regional President to lead one of its largest and most strategically important operating regions in the United States. This executive will assume full leadership responsibility for a complex, multi-state business with a broad portfolio spanning electronic security, life safety, systems integration, audiovisual solutions, and adjacent commercial technologies. The organization has achieved significant growth through a combination of operational execution and strategic acquisitions and is entering its next phase of scale, integration, and enterprise maturity. The Regional President will play a critical role in accelerating performance, unifying operating cultures, driving commercial growth, and helping position the company for a major enterprise value event in the near-to-midterm. The Opportunity The Regional President will oversee a geographically dispersed operation, leading a team of senior operational and commercial leaders responsible for customer delivery, sales performance, integration execution, and regional profitability. This is not a "caretaker" role. The company is seeking a growth-oriented executive capable of driving organizational alignment, elevating leadership talent, implementing scalable operating disciplines, and creating measurable commercial and operational impact. Key Responsibilities Lead full regional P&L operations for a large multi-state business unit Drive profitable growth across service, installation, and associated revenue streams Partner cross-functionally with enterprise shared services including finance, HR, IT, sales, and transformation functions Build cultural alignment across legacy operating companies and newly integrated acquisitions Develop and elevate regional leadership talent while creating accountability at all levels Standardize KPIs, operating disciplines, forecasting, and performance management Identify organizational optimization opportunities as the business scales Serve as a visible executive leader internally and externally with customers, partners, and stakeholders Help prepare the organization for its next stage of enterprise growth and value creation Qualifications The successful candidate will bring: Executive-level leadership experience within a large systems integration, technical services, building technologies, or commercial infrastructure environment Full P&L ownership of a business unit in the $100M–$300M+ range Experience leading through organizational transformation, integration, or rapid scale Strong commercial instincts alongside operational rigor Success operating in matrixed organizations with shared services structures Experience integrating acquisitions post-close and driving cultural alignment A highly entrepreneurial leadership style with the ability to operate autonomously Comfort operating in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments with lean support structures Ability to influence across functions without relying solely on hierarchy Executives who have succeeded in both large enterprise environments and private equity-backed businesses will be especially attractive.
