Lead Technical Program Manager, Data Platforms

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We want 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise, in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• We need strong program management capability, including risk mitigation and tracking multiple workstreams and issues.
• We want working knowledge of electronic trading and managed or proximity infrastructure solutions.

• A university degree, bachelors or masters, is preferred.
• Knowledge of data products is preferred.

• We develop and execute detailed project plans, including technical needs, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
• We use enterprise-approved AI tools in our work environment to speed up program planning and risk summarization, while validating outputs and handling data in line with sensitivity requirements.
• We carry out traditional project management responsibilities such as scheduling, status meetings, reporting, and presentations or briefings.
• We maintain service-level reporting and tracking across tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and Clarity.
• We specialize in the design, implementation, and/or support of technology infrastructure, including compute, facilities, and networking.
• We manage project finances, including forecasting, approvals, and delivery within budget.
• We work with vendors and service providers involved in infrastructure delivery, including hardware, managed services, and smart hands support.
• We apply knowledge of electronic trading, including liquidity centers, colocation facilities, proximity infrastructure builds, and equities and fixed income trading.
