We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Laundry Manager to oversee daily operations at a busy laundromat. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing day-to-day facility needs.
Pay: Up to $45,000 annually, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily laundromat operations
Ensure machines and facility are clean, safe, and operational
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
Manage supplies, cash handling, and basic reporting
Coordinate minor maintenance needs and vendor services
Supervise staff as needed and assist with scheduling
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Prior experience in retail, facility management, or operations preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with light administrative and hands-on duties
